This role is part of GuideWell’s Contingent/Contractor Workforce Management (CWM) team. The CWM team is part of the larger Talent Acquisition and Human Resources teams. The CWM team is focused specifically on managing the policy, practices and data for contingent resources sourced through our Managed Service Provider (MSP) and/or other contractual relationships. The CWM team is responsible for the creation and management of GuideWell’s (and its subsidiaries’) contingent resource data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) which includes on-boarding, terminations, and other data updates, etc. The CWM team also provides Tier II customer support and service regarding hiring and managing contingent labor. This is a small but mighty team focused on making our customers love us!



  • Enter data including new hire information, data changes (e.g. rate, location, manager, title etc.), and compliance and background requirements into the HRIS (70% of role)
  • Educate and coach employees, managers and suppliers on contingent workforce-related programs, processes, and requirements (e.g. hiring, orientation, onboarding, system access, extensions, data changes, and terminations, etc.)
  • Monitor and manage information within the Beeline Vendor Management System (VMS) for staff augmentation and contingent resource tracking
  • Support Beeline resource tracking implementation through manager and supplier training and data management
  • Participate in project work in support of other company-wide contingent practices

  • 2+ years related work experience in the Human Resources or Staffing industry
  • Experience using and/or supporting the Beeline Vendor Management System (VMS) as a client or supplier
  • Strong process orientation and attention to detail
  • Highly proficient with MS Excel (pivots/v-lookup)
  • Abilty to meet work from home guidelines
  • Prefer basic knowledge of staffing/talent acquisition policies and practices
