Administer and report on client and prospect data within the Salesforce Sales Cloud. Act as a valuable resource to Senior Salesforce Developer/Administrator, Sales Team, Account Management & Marketing Staff by performing the following duties and being open to learning and performing other activities as needed.
Support 100+ Salesforce users through day-to-day end user support & assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.com
Create informative reports & dashboards for Sales & Account Management leaders
Manage data integrity, data imports, database de-duping and cleanup
Support Marketing team with prospect uploads, Campaign creation & Pardot sync
Add/delete Contacts/Leads/Accounts including bulk uploads
Educate users on navigation and use of integrated 3rd Party products within Salesforce
Onboard new hires in Salesforce by ensuring users Roles & Profiles are set up correctly within the role hierarchy including field level security
Solid understanding of Salesforce Lightning platform including fields, page layouts, report types and picklists.
Run weekly pipeline reporting across business units
Support Senior Salesforce Developer on all upcoming projects.
UAT testing and creation of user guides
Familiarity with Outlook integration.
1+ year experience in Data Analysis
1+ year experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud Administration as well as Reporting and Dashboards
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and spreadsheets with an emphasis on Excel
Knowledge of Salesforce.com Sales Cloud configuration including use of data loader and third-party tools
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; may consider related experience and/or training in lieu of degree.
Travel requirements to (primarily) domestic destinations should not exceed 5%.
A standard work week exists but with the understanding that additional time/effort outside of the usual parameters can/will occur based upon the overall needs of the integration, where deadlines exist and when necessary due to the needs of the integration team.
A standard business environment exists with moderate noise levels.
Ability to lift and move approximately thirty (30) pounds on a non-routine basis.
Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
