This position will function within the Performance and Planning department supporting multiple global contact centers. This position will be responsible for the monitoring of “Data Health” of the Contact Center’s data platform. Under the guidance of the Lead Data Coordinator, this position will prepare, update and append data, ensuring that it is in the right place at the right time and for the right reasons. This position will conduct continuous data audits with a focus on analyzing raw data to make sure it is ready for end users’ consumption. This position will support the generation of reporting and analysis. The Data Quality Analyst will collaborate and work with external end users and internal department team members.
This position can be worked at our Global Contact Center in Omaha, Nebraska or Marion, Illinois. This position can also be worked remotely. Please note this position can only be worked remotely from the following states: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Wisconsin.
1-2 years of Excel experience required
1-2 years of SQL database experience preferred
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred
Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job
Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel required
Understanding of SQL Server and some hands-on experience preferred
Strong understanding of statistics preferred
